Since 1913, Carlson Meat Processing had been a family owned business. In 2020, Joel and Jamie Inselmann purchased the business from the Carlson family and decided to rename it Carlson Meat Shop. Joel and Jamie have a heart for small town and the businesses that come with that. They have owned a small concrete company since 2003 and decided it was time to begin a new journey along side their concrete company. When the opportunity came up to purchase Carlson Meat Processing, they couldn’t pass it up. They are enjoying the new adventure and the chance to raise their boys in both of these lines of business.
